By selecting regular shipment, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:
- Medals will be shipped via standard international mail (no tracking number provided).
- Shipments will be dispatched between late July and late August 2025.
- Estimated delivery time is 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the postal services in both Canada and your destination country.
- Once dispatched, Quebec Music Competition (QMC) is no longer responsible for the package. We are not liable for any items lost in transit via standard mail.
- If you anticipate a change of address, please do not submit your current address. Instead, contact us directly so we may hold your shipment until your move is complete. We are unable to retrieve or reissue medals sent to outdated addresses.
- Medals will be shipped exactly to the address provided on the medal application form. Incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect addresses may result in lost shipments. QMC cannot be held responsible for such errors or resulting losses.
- If you require combined shipment for more than 8 medals, please contact us directly at [email protected] prior to making any payment.

- 奖牌将通过国际标准邮政服务寄出（不提供追踪号码）。
- 奖牌将于2025年7月底至8月底期间陆续寄出。
- 根据加拿大及收件国家邮政系统的效率，预计邮寄时间为2至8周。
- 奖牌一旦寄出，魁北克音乐比赛（QMC）将不再对包裹承担责任。对于邮政运输中遗失的物品，QMC概不负责。
- 如果您计划搬家，请不要提供当前地址。请直接与我们联系，我们可以延迟邮寄，直至您搬至新地址。若奖牌寄往旧地址而无法送达，我们将无法追回或重新发放奖牌。
- 奖牌将按您在申请表中提供的地址寄送。地址不完整、错误或不准确都可能导致奖牌遗失。对此，QMC不承担任何责任。

En choisissant l’envoi postal standard, vous reconnaissez et acceptez les conditions suivantes :
- Les médailles seront expédiées par courrier postal international standard (sans numéro de suivi).
- Les envois auront lieu entre la fin juillet et la fin août 2025.
- Le délai de livraison estimé est de 2 à 8 semaines, selon l’efficacité des services postaux au Canada et dans votre pays.
- Une fois le colis expédié, le Concours de Musique du Québec (QMC) décline toute responsabilité. Nous ne sommes pas responsables en cas de perte du colis durant le transport par courrier standard.
- Si vous prévoyez un déménagement, ne nous communiquez pas votre ancienne adresse. Veuillez plutôt nous contacter afin que nous puissions retarder l’expédition de votre médaille jusqu’à ce que vous ayez emménagé à votre nouvelle adresse. Nous ne pourrons ni récupérer ni réexpédier les médailles envoyées à une ancienne adresse.
- Les médailles seront envoyées exactement à l’adresse fournie sur le formulaire de demande de médaille. Une adresse incomplète, incorrecte ou erronée pourrait entraîner la perte de votre médaille. QMC ne saurait être tenu responsable de telles erreurs.

Should you wish to have tracking number for your medal shipment, please choose COURIER SERVICE on your medal application form. The benefits of shipment courier service is that you can track your medal and know where it is any moment after it has left our offices. It also arrives much more quickly, and your medal will not be lost in transit.
If you choose courier service, as soon as we receive the medals and awards, we will contact you, and offer you an estimate of your shipment fees. A Paypal link will be sent to you for the payment of courier shipment fees.
