Important Reminders
(1) Please arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of schedule and check in with our competition representative. All competitors should be in the performance hall 10 minutes prior to the competition.
(2) Proper concert attire is required. Bring your indoor shoes. No boots, wet shoes or sandals are allowed on stage.
(3) No flash photography in the hall during performances.
(4) No foods and drinks allowed in the concert hall.
(5) The competition venue is unable to offer free photocopying services for competitors. Photocopies requested to be made must be paid.
(6) It is the responsibility for competitors to arrange with their accompanists for rehearsals and the competition.
(7) Gala concert tickets are available for sale at the reception desk on the day of the competition at $10 per ticket. Admission for winners are free. But tickets are required for parents, guests and friends.
